These qualitative and quantitative indicators will be measured against predefined standards throughout the project cycle, ensuring that set targets are met and sustainability is maintained. Continuous monitoring, utilizing the PDCA cycle (Plan, Do, Check, Act), will allow for timely adjustments to ensure project alignment with objectives. Key achievements indicating substantial impact include: Enhancement of adult educators’ skills, measured through discussions, tasks, visualization tasks, and self-assessment. Participation of adult and senior learners in international online campaigns on chosen social issues, facilitated by educators. Engagement metrics such as the number of people reached, volunteer involvement, media coverage, and social media response. Integration of project methodologies and resources into partner organizations’ frameworks for long-term impact. Utilization of project results and activities beyond project duration, supported by ongoing fundraising efforts and dissemination through platforms like EPALE and the Erasmus+ Project Results Platform.
